Highly recommend. A great community for transitioning seniors.

From the minute we walked in the front door my parents and I felt a true sense of community and connection. Residents were in common areas visiting, staff addressed everyone by name as they walked by. There was a real energy about the place. This was a real contrast from subsequent visits at other progressive care places. It was the same experience on follow up visits to Brookdale so not a fluke the first time.

We were immediately struck by the feeling of homeyness at Brookdale Montrose. [Name Removed]was fantastic with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge. Residents all seemed happy and social and staff seemed to know everyone’s name. Beautiful grounds with paved walkways and a pond. Weekly housekeeping ((including bedding laundry) included.

Overall very impressed with physical facilities. Would liked to have spent more time visiting with residents.

The staff generally do a good job and seem committed to providing quality care. Even though aides often have limited time to spend with each resident, they still make an effort to do their best under the circumstances. There are a few areas where improvement could help make the experience even better. Communication between teams could be strengthened to ensure everyone stays well informed. Additionally, finding new ways to engage residents who are less interested in participating in activities could help them feel…

As I entered the building, the sales person was very friendly, however the woman at the front desk never spoke or acknowledged us. Everything else went well. We had an overall good experience. Most of the community was friendly as well as staff.
