CriticalI can tell it would be a good facility under normal circumstances, but with the road construction nearby and the remodeling of the interior of the building, I could not get a feel for what it’s really like there.

PositiveOverall a great experience
The staff is wonderful! They are very kind and never talk down to the residents. According to my mother in law the food is great - I can confirm she has gained a little weight since moving in (not a bad thing!). She is in a studio and it is a perfect size. They get the residents going at breakfast and there is something for them to do all day. She is busy from breakfast to dinner!

Residents that choose to do the activities are kept very busy throughout the day with fun and engaging activities., along with entertainment. The activity director and activity aides are phenomenal with the residents. Cleaning and maintenance staff do a very nice job of keeping the rooms and common areas very clean. Rooms are spacious and very nice windows to bring in the outdoor light. Residents all seem to enjoy the meals that are provided. Meals are served on red plates. PositiveThe staff was kind, easy to work with, and ready to please. My wife and I had limited time to find a home for Mom and numerous challenges were obvious on our side of things. Without the talented staff that supported our visit, we would have never been able to make it happen in two short days, including the move. Our only challenge were that the moving carts weren't functioning properly.

I would definitely recommend Eden Vista to others! I loved how there was 24/7 nurse care. My sister and I felt comfortable with the staff knowing they helped my dad with his medication throughout the day, showers and incontinence issues. The staff were also very helpful with doing his laundry often. At the last place he was, my sister and I had to do it on our own, so it was a huge help with the staff at Eden Vista doing it. The admin were also so kind and nice, and they let us know if we needed anything to contact…
