The facility appearance is very nice There are several choices for apartments - all very nice as well Communications between the facility and the outside family overseeing the residents care is non existent There seems to be a high turnover in staff - especially the nurses aides Several times the call button has been activated and they either don't show up or it's 45 minutes to an hour later The residents look out for each other and will have the staff check on a resident that hasn't been seen for awhile Staf…

Rooms are very nice in this newer residence. My father-in-law enjoyed 3 meals a day in dining room with the option to have a meal in his room if desired. Lots of activities gave him something to look forward to every day. Staff displayed genuine concern and would reach out to us as needed.

I can’t recommend StoryPoint Bolingbrook enough for memory care. From the start, the team has been kind, supportive, and truly attentive. The caregivers are patient and caring, and I feel confident that my brother’s healthcare is being well managed. What really stands out is the effort they put into daily life.
