We visited the Outreach Assisted Living Facility II while searching for a place for our aunt. We could see that the facility can accommodate all levels of ambulation. The outer grounds area was inviting, fresh and clean with well maintained, easy access and spacious lawns and seating areas. The residents can enjoy walking around safely.
