AWFUL

AWFUL! We placed our grandmother with their care and while, they fed her and kept her clean that's essentially all they did. They promised many activities, but she literally sat in front of a TV all-day or in the kitchen. There was very little interaction except to bathe and feed her. They did not communicate with the family changes in her demeanor, ailments, and at times disregarded explicit direction from family. They also disregarded suggestions from the Doctor to help with her cognitive functioning. I would …

I liked this place upon my visit. I’m not sure it’s the best fit as the private room was oddly configured and felt like a closet for the price point. The temperature in the home overall felt cold, my grandmother tends to run cold. The place was clean, appeared orderly and had nice indoor and outdoor common spaces. The property was hidden from street view but appeared to be in good repair.

The Eilat's Manor has been a good move for my parents. The home is very clean and well maintained. The meals are good, and they feed my parents every 2 hours and give them good snacks. They have a large variety of activities, like daily exercise, and music twice a week. So far, it's been a very positive experience.

The home was clean . The caregivers I meet during our tour were nice . This care home just did not hold a candle to the one we chose.
