Would not recommend.

All 1/5. They are horrible to get ahold of. Office staff takes forever to return calls. Somehow my dad was getting incorrect medication. (Med errors). My sister found a pack of cigarettes (with Marijuana cigarettes in it) in my mom's recliner when they moved her out. Med error had him in the hospital. So I would never send a family member, or even my dog there. Not to mention, it's super expensive! If they got amazing care, it would be worth the amazing price. Needless to say, we have moved them out.

We visited the Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg. I did not care for the levels of those floors. You had to go from the basement and then up to the second floor. The person who gave us the tour was very pleasant. The rooms were small but were very clean and neat. I checked their dining area, and it was also very nice.

The place was very clean. The dining room was very nice and big. They had lots of rooms for the people, and it was not all that cramped. Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg was very expensive. My sister-in-law was in there for a while, but then she got sick. They had a lot of activities there and it's very, very pretty. There's a nice little deck outside that the patients can go to when the weather is good. They had just about everything there. The staff was wonderful to her. I believe she got very good attention. Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg was very nice. It's a very clean establishment. We really appreciated going through that one. We didn't get to see one of the apartments because they were all full, but we saw the dining room and the kitchen where you can have a party if you want it with your own family.
