Very manipulative and liars. You cannot trust anything the Director says. I am more than frustrated with woman and some of the staff. Ask the same question to 4 people, get 4 different answers. None of which are correct you find out after the fact. Don't receive their mail or receives it after it's been rummaged thru. Won't give Doctor information. Director said she would call back has not yet.

PositiveTAKE BETTER CARE!!!!!
I feel like everyone could do a little better taking care of someone like my husband.. and making sure they have and use the correct contact info should a patient have a major issue! Be the time I got the message (due to staff dialing incorrectly!!!) that my husband had an incident, my husband had been intubated!!!!He never regained consciousness!! That flaw in correct dialing caused so much stress and heartache for myself and our entire family!
