When visiting, face to face contact is great and follow up with residents is very good. But for me asking for follow up to return a call is not very good and I'm the one having to follow up with items of concern. I would recommend Elevated Estates of Spring Hill

Elevated Estates of Spring Hill wasn't easy to get to. There were three or four different buildings, but I only went through two of them because the other two were strictly rooms and stuff. The buildings were older than the other place. When I was invited in, I sat down in a room, and there must have been a kitchen behind that room, and they were dipping up ice cream for the residents. It just didn't seem very organized at all. I sat there for 20 to 30 minutes before the staff came and took me around. The…

The one lady that was working at Elevated Estates of Spring Hill was new at the time so she didn't have as much knowledge as we were asking questions. The facility was clean. On the outside, they were doing some work on the landscaping at the time. Their setup was more like you share rooms with people and my friend wasn't looking for that.

My father has moved into Elevated Estates of Spring Hill. What I like best about the place is the location. It's in a location that's quieter than most areas. It's off of the main road, and a lot of trees give a little bit of acoustic quiet, so it does help. It does need some work as far as the grounds.
