This place feels like your grandmas living room. It’s homey and warm. Some of the space is dated and needs a refresh. The people are lovely. The outdoor space is gorgeous. Maintenance can be slow to respond. Activities can be canceled occasionally. Food is pretty good. My mom is very happy at Elison.

While dad loves the experience and friendships, it's very very expensive for him , rates have gone up in less than a year of being there and the administrator promises to fix things in the cottage but they have never been done . Too expensive in my opinion for what he is getting but he loves the companionship and yet the privacy he has in the cottage

My family is just so happy that she is there and enjoying more of a social life than just her family. Many great services to draw out older people who are lacking much of a social life. They have physical therapy, all three meals are included with rent. They have a book club, and a number of activities throughout the week. The staff are all very friendly. My mother is very happy there and her health and outlook have improved. She walks the halls after dinner and the grounds are beautiful for walking as well. Securi…
