Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. The owner ([name removed]) is a very thoughtful and kind individual. Her personality is one I wish to see at other homes.

Stay involved

Recommend being proactive and advocating. Visiting often to see what's going on. Room for improvement: Healthier options for food and more variety. Organize activities as I have only seen 1 resident doing coloring occasionally.

Wonderful staff and great atmosphere

The staff that are in this facility are top notch. [name removed]and [name removed]are the two that I had talked with and have seen them in action. They take care of my mother with such a patient and love is just amazing

We had a few billing glitches (worked out now), but other than that we have been really happy with the care. Private room with private bathroom. Always very clean and residents get personalized care. Food is prepared on site.

Great facility

We loved Ella Blla, it is a fantastic facility. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They took great care of my mom she was always kept clean. It was a positive experience and we would definitely recommend them to others.
