EMERALD CARE HOME II

Our dad was there for a month at the Concord home, and from the first day we knew he was placed in the right home. All the care givers were loving, friendly, funny and treated all of us like family. I can't thank them enough for everything they did. Even our friends who came to visit him were impressed with the staff. We can't say enough about this home but THANK YOU! They recommended Eastside Hospice when it came time, and they also had a wonderful caring staff.

The facility is nice and is constantly cleaned. The people who work there, Noel, Francis, cherry and Rosy are caring, responsive, the environment is calm. We feel so blessed to find such a place!

Our mother stayed at Emerald Care Home on Kaski Lane in Concord for about 14 months, after being in assisted living and memory care facilities. We fell in love with the beautifully maintained house with gorgeous front and back yards: the lush green lawns, wrap-around decks, flowers, fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
