PositiveBasically, we have not incurred any problems. Everyone is very friendly and helpful foods been great cleaning people come once a week and do their thing. [name removed] is in a studio apartment, but she loves that size for her.

PositiveOur experience has been completely positive. My dad is happy living there and has nothing but positive things to say. All the staff members I have met have been helpful and friendly. My dad enjoys the meals. The common areas seem clean and the weekly cleaning of his apartment is always done well. His apartment (a studio) is relatively small, but more than adequate for his needs. All in all, it is a great fit for my dad. He is happy living there and my brothers and I are happy he is there.

PositiveMy mom has transitioned very well into the community. She made an effort to introduce herself to everyone—from the administration and reception staff to housekeeping, maintenance, and the dining team—and has built wonderful relationships with them. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly, which has made her feel right at home. She is very happy with her apartment. She loves the balcony, the spacious bedroom, the perfect kitchenette where she can cook if she wants to, the comfortable living room, and the excellent…

PositiveOne complaint I have is that the admissions director had told us that they would be checking in with my mother-in-law weekly to see how she is doing and to see if she needed another level of care. I don't believe that's ever happened. All in all we've been very happy with our Choice and I'm glad she's in a safe comfortable place. Thank you.
★★★★★
PositiveThe willingness and expertise of those contacted for places to tour. I would recommend they contact community Services

CriticalThis is not a place for someone who cannot help them self. When I would go in there at 11 or 12 in the afternoon? My mother would have no drink. Whatsoever, she would get her needs met when I got there. She would ring the bell for help. No one would answer so they decided to disconnect her bell is that legal? If you called the doctor or the social services, forget it. You're not getting a call back. No matter how many times you try , please don't put your loved one in there.
