I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents are at Eternity Care Home, so far so good and I really like them. I have noticed that their health is improving, their weight has increased than their previous care. Basically they take care of my mom and dad. Their room is always kept clean, it's a shared room which is really nice. And they can stay together, while other communities would separate them and they didn't like that. My dad likes watching TV and my mom mostly does crossword puzzles, other than that I haven't seen any other act…
