The staff members were very friendly and flexible with scheduling the tour. They were able to do the resident assessment during the tour making the tour very efficient!

The director was friendly, however facility is very worn and rundown. The first room we were shown had not been cleaned and there were half filled bowls of food in sink, and room was very dirty; no resident currently living in the room. Director did not know the ration of staff to residents. There was a laundry cart in library area. The employees are referred to as “laundry servant” and “nurse servant”; I find this very degrading! Would not have a family member live here, in this condition!!! Very disappointed!

They were very accommodating and helpful. The staff and residents are very nice. The food rating is going to be a 3. My aunt does not like the lunches or dinners. The rooms and community areas are clean. It is a nice facility. I would highly recommend Evergreen Estates

Very friendly, clean and loving. The staff was very knowledagble. The room was nice and big. I like to cook to order breakfast.

After six months...

Their attentiveness to my mother is very much appreciated. We do understand their staffing issues and try to convey that Mom. My brothers and I have confidence in knowing they are taking care of her.

Feels like home. Staff is very nice and attentive.

So far my mom and I really like the facility. Would rate it a 4. We do have concerns about rate increases. We were told could be 10% a year. We are at a lower rate but talked to person in next room to her and that lady is paying double what we pay for same kind of room. Just hoping they don't do a bait and switch after a time of being there. They tell things verbally so they aren't responsible. Overall we are very happy with everything.
