PositiveI am a healthcare professional working in senior living in the Eugene Springfield area, and Evergreen is my top choice of memory care facilities for my residents needing this level of care. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the residents seem happy, the activities are engaging, and the care staff seem to truly care about their residents. If I personally had a loved one needing memory care, this is the facility I would choose.

PositiveI went to Evergreen Memory Care and got a tour there for my spouse. The rooms were very nice, and I guess they have somebody in each unit all the time, so there was always somebody with the residents in each quad. The rooms were adequate for a bed and a couple of chairs. The bathrooms were shared in most cases, by two units, but they were fine. You also have to bring your own furniture. The facility seemed very pleasant.
★★★★★
PositiveThis facility was the best by far of all that I toured. The activities are designed for mind stimulation the exercises build the body in a fun way....the caregivers are very attentive and kind. The personnel are very helpful for the needs and how to attain them. Also very patient with the many questions. The rooms are large in comparison to other facilities and overall the atmosphere there is awesome. The food is yummy.

PositiveI highly recommend Evergreen Memory Care for your loved one. The floor staff, med-techs and activity director gave consistent care and personal attention to our brother’s needs. They took time to relate to him and understand who he was. Administrators worked with us to create a living environment that our brother could cope with. Evergreen patiently helped us understand how to navigate the new world of dementia for a loved one. It takes time to trust that a care facility will do the best thing for your family membe…

PositiveI went to tour Evergreen Memory Care. I was in and out quickly. I remember the facility was nice and clean. They didn't have a spot at that point, so I don't remember too much about it other than that, but it looked like a nice place. There was just one person during the tour, and she was very helpful and gave me a good tour. It looked relatively new. It was built to be a facility and it was nice. The people seemed nice. It looked inviting.

CriticalThere some definite gems in the facility, but we've had issues with communication between med-techs and the staff nurse. Conflicting calls as to the state of my mom's condition. They have repeatedly not called the primary or secondary contact at all. This was during an emergency situation. My biggest concern is inconsistent medical care.
