Apartment felt nice and bright. Nice to be able to personalize it for mom. Sounds traveled a lot so a little noisy from the common area if her was door open at all. Even if her door was shut other residents wandered in which wasn't great for mom as a new person who was already on edge. Do not recommend a room facing parking area. Garden sitting area was really nice and peaceful. Staff was friendly and accommodating, took note of her preferences. She wasn't there long. Difficult to build rapport in such short time.…

My positive experience started with a comprehensive tour by the administrator. All staff I met were friendly, and that continues to this day. My mom receives excellent care.
