We chose EverTrue Cumberland Crossings because my son lives five minutes away, and I'll be much closer to him if I need him. We looked at an empty unit, and it was a unit compared to what I'll get. I had the misfortune of crossing paths with [name removed] at Cumberland Crossings' business office, and it was a lesson in the art of insensitivity and indifference. My mother's abrupt transfer from Cumberland Crossings to the ICU, barely a month into her rehabilitation stint, was met with all the warmth of a freezer. I visited this facility

I like it because they had a single cottage, and accepted dogs. The staff who gave the tour was very considerate and very helpful. They have everything you want, including a gym, a pool, a snack bar, and social things. The courtyard and dining area were nice. The cleanliness is really good, it's top. Plus the size of the apartment was adequate.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We have found it for my father. His apartment is nice and a little small, but the location is very good. All the amenities are right there. They've got walking trails, they keep birdfeeders out the windows, the cable is pretty good, and the food is pretty good.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. This place had a wait list at the time of our search, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

It has been very good so far. Mom is sharing a room and she is in the nursing care. The food is decent. The staff is very good overall. Maybe they can improve on their communication with the family members of their residents.
