PositiveThe staff were friendly and helpful. The residents in the dining room seemed content. Because we had misunderstood the timing we did not do a tour but did get floor plans. It was clean and neat. The interaction between staff and resident seemed friendly but not as good as some other facilities we've visited.

PositiveMy mother went to Fairwinds - Brighton Court. It's a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and the people that we've met there are very friendly. It's a warm place. I looked at several and this one felt the most inviting.
★★★★★

The staff members were fabulous. They were very courteous.

They seemed to be relatively familiar with older men that are a little shy and a little reserved, and they all had suggestions for bringing him out of his shell. Their rooms were beautiful. The people were all very friendly there, and the residents seemed to be very, very happy. The marketing director seemed to know everybody and everybody greeted her very w…
