PositiveThe owner is very friendly. The staff is very friendly and conscientious with my stepmother. They feed her good. Her room is nice. They're pleasant when we go visit and they notify us when something's wrong. I would recommend to others.

PositiveMy mother has lived at Family Matters for 4 years. Best thing we ever did for her since she developed Alzheimer’s disease. She is always well taken care of by staff and seems very well adjusted there. I highly recommend family matters to anyone with a loved one that needs a caregiver. The price for her care is very reasonable with exceptional care. I’m truly relieved we found family matters for my mother.

PositiveI had a great experience, first with the man with A place for Mom & (Dads) who helped me find a place. Second meeting [names removed] who I met when visiting the home. They made my Dad and I feel like family. [name removed]is wonderful and she has a great home. The residents are treated like family. It is a blessing to have found a place like theirs. She loves to cook and has a great assistant that helps her. I recommend anyone looking for a place to meet them.

PositiveThe caregivers are very attentive and engaging. They do their best to provide my loved one with her food preferences. She seems to have acclimated well and likes her new room. The decorating is older but I think that makes her comfortable. I feel she is well cared for and is safe.
