Top notch place

I cannot say enough about the facility and staff at 5 palms. [name removed] and her family run a top-notch Place and Treated my mother with the upmost respect and dignity In the last month of her life. The facility is very clean, The Staff friendly & accommodating and very knowledgeable in senior care! I can’t thank [name removed] and the staff enough for being so good to my mom and family during a very tough time.

This community was too large to fit what we needed and wanted, which was a more one on one home like feeling. The bathroom was really small almost closet like. Our first impression was not good just could not picture myself living here so I would not put loved one here.

Ok - did not see rooms. not a good fit at this time.

clean, shabby, residents less lively than mom----unsure. Owner very nice, helpful.

The center appears to be fairly small when viewing from the front, but once you enter you can see that it is clearly a large facility. The first thing you notice is a feeling of being home, as there is a living room, kitchen and dining room when you first walk in. The second thing you will notice is how friendly the staff is. I had a close family friend there for the last few years of his life, and I was eternally grateful how amazingly helpful and caring the staff was to him. That being said, the staff prepare won…
