Do NOT send a loved one here! my grandmas room had cockroaches and was filthy, wasn’t even cleaned when she moved in to it. Unless you want to spend every minute ADVOCATING for BASIC CARE. Just don’t! Especially if they are bed ridden. We filed so many complaints with state and staff and nothing ever changed. My grandma has since passed. She was only there 4 months and it was a nightmare of an experience for my family.

When she was at another facility, she did not have this kind of progress. Here, she is making connections and getting involved so I like how they're taking care of her.
