My mom is living in the Four Seasons. The facility is very well taken care of, it's clean, and it's organized. The staff is very caring and very friendly. I live in another state so when I call them to see how my mom's doing, they're very cooperative and friendly. They have bingo, the facility has a circular indoor setup where they can walk around in, and they have vehicles to take them places, they take them shopping ort o an activity. WHEN I VISITED FOUR SEASONS THEY GREET AS ONE OF THEIR OWN . WHEN I TOURED THE FACILITY IS WHAT TOLD IT ALL . THE CARPET LOOKS AS IT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED . THERE WERE HUGE BUGS LYING ALL OVER THE FLOORS . THE BATHROOMS IN THE ROOMS ARE SO SMALL A WHEELCHAIR IS UNABLE TO FIT . I DID NOT SEE ANY STAFF MEMBERS .

We're on the waiting list at Four Seasons Residential Care Center. It's an assisted living facility, so it's more like renting. It's not like a nursing home. The only person I met was the administrator, who was very nice, easy going, and good to work with. It's small, so they don't have a lot of grounds, but the facility has been renovated, so it's very nice and clean. It's easy to get to and close to town.
