I would give zero stars if I could. This place is horrible. They do not care for their patients. They ignore the call lights and will have their patients sit in their own mess for HOURS before they clean them up. They rather the patients mess on them selves than help them out of bed to the bathroom. They are extremely neglectful and incompetent. The food is horrible. Franciscan Villa was dark, dreary, and kind of cluttered. To me, it was kind of a depressing feeling. The dining area was nice and spacious. The apartments were extremely small. We saw a studio, and you can barely get a bed and a dresser in there. The staff was good.

My family member was in Assisted Living. The director there was not very nice and when my family member became worse, they moved to Long Term Care. This place is always short staffed and call lights go unanswered for hours. Meals are forgotten, call lights are placed out of reach of the residents on purpose, so they do not have to answer. We liked Franciscan Villa because it is close to the family. That's the main reason, and we're familiar with the area and the fact that they have a room for both me and my sister. The area where it's located has been established for years, but as far as all the amenities and everything, it has everything we need to help us out. Fransican Villa is providing my 94 year-old uncle with outstanding professional and personalized care in a clean and safe environment. Overall, I am very pleased with the care I have received at Franciscan Villa. The staff are attentive and caring, and the facility is clean and well-equipped. The offer assisted living as well as skilled nursing and rehab but I in terms of the assisted living my experience has been very good. They are very good about medication as it was one my biggest issues at home. Also the staff seems genuine about caring. There is a real family like atmosphere.
