CriticalIf I could completely make a choice. I would never choose Friends of family to care for any one! It seems their biggest worry is how much money they make. Not people who stay with them. The things people have to deal with or even their medication. Problems are never there fault.

Critical"Terrible experience! The director is highly unprofessional, doesn’t communicate well with members’ team and encourages her staff to behave in the same way. When I say the communication was bad, I mean the staff intentionally withheld information about my loved one’s daily activities. When I voiced my concerns, the director got defensive and made excuses making it clear she wasn’t concerned with righting the wrongs done.
