Terrible facility, roaches, gnats, smells dirty, worst food I’ve ever eaten, short staff, no help going to bathroom, just pee in your brief, really, new people daily. Nothing but lies and deception. Physical therapy only good thing this nightmare has to offer, don’t go to this place unless you’re wanting gamble with your health, I will take my chances at home.

STOP, if your looking at this place, keep looking, do not make the same mistake I did. Roaches, gnats and ants, god awful poor quality cheap food, always short staff, dirty, smells like pee and mildew, halls have leak damage on walls, rooms old outdated, no one seems to have answers to problems , untrained staff, staff always quitting, staff always looking at their phones or talking on ear buds. No help Terrible choice picking this place.

I love the interaction of all the people. They get to personally know each patient. The staff keeps me encouraged to keep going. Activity director is a jewel. The Don is a wonderful person. She always greets everyone. Administrator is warm and welcoming always smiles and speaks. I love the grilled cheese sandwiches for snack. Alice and Hope cna I adore them. They take such good care of me and everyone.

I'm staying in Friendship Haven Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. It's very nice. It's very large. The room is very nice and very good. Housekeeping comes in every day and cleans the room. The staff are very courteous and very prompt when you call. They have a physical therapy gym, a dining room, and an activities room. I haven't been in all the hallways. I think there's five hallways, and I'm in the rehab hallway, and I have a room to myself. The food is good. They've got ver…
