I moved to Frontier Valley Independent and Assisted Living. I'm in the assisted living section. They help me if and when I need it, and that's what I want. The number one most important reason that I chose this place is the private room. They also don't restrict every movement like at the last place I was in. I can actually walk down the hall and go to the vending machine without getting pulled over. I like freedom a lot, and the people are very nice here. I don't think I really have a complaint…

I'm a resident of assisted living at Frontier Valley Independent and Assisted Living. I have my own apartment and my own space, and that's what I like best. They have a little bed bug problem, so they're trying to take care of it, so that's the least thing is the bed bugs. It could be worse, though. I do a lot of things myself, so I don't really depend on the staff, and they're very nice to me. I have no problems with them. If I do ask for something, they always do it. I don't ask…

I don’t understand. My husband & I were going to join my sister, who had been excepted at Frontier & was hoping to finally celebrate Christmas in a great place. She loved it. Her medicine was even there. We loved it We were all excited to get her out of her previous place where she is treated so bad. It seemed like a nice place from what little I saw upon arriving. I was not given a tour because the person I spoke with determined Canterbury Gardens was not suitable for my Dad. I might have rated higher had I been given a full tour.

Visited the site and spoke with a couple of residents that were quite happy and positive. They were very helpful. However, upon visiting the site mom didn’t like the thought of moving in there.
