CriticalI'm not impressed. They are understaffed, and uncaring. Elderly patience are ignored with dementia are left unattended in the hallway. I asked several of the staff to assist a person and they just told me that she was fine and to move on. If that was my mother, heads would be swinging. PositiveWe have our grandma at FutureCare -she started out as a patient needing just a short stay for rehabilitation but has now transitioned to live there permanently. She is well taken care of and happy. The staff are attentive to her needs and we feel blessed to have her in good hands.
