My mother in law has been here many times.Staff was excellent with her dialysis treatment and needs.The facility was clean,food was ok (not as good as home cooked),when we called the facility for info,if the person was not available they would call back in a timely manner. I would greatly recommend this facility for a ease of mind knowing your loved one is being properly treated. Remember with this Covid/Omicron.Everywhere you go will not be up to standards and expectations we are use too.If your family is in need …

This facility is chronically understaffed including administrative and clinical personnel. Many language barriers between patients & caregivers or if you're trying to get information by phone. The food service is substandard. Covid rules seem to change daily. Very slow response to dads requests for help due to understaffing.

Facility is well kept. Residents appear to be given good care. Food services department needs additional staff.

Most staff is friendly, physical care is great but they could do a better job with mental health. My loved one was locked indoors for months due to Covid. Now she is getting outdoors 3 times a week but we still can’t see her. We have recently started doing Zoom calls once a week and that, with her times outdoors, seem to be helping her a lot. They are doing a great job at keeping Covid away.
