My mom was here for just short of 1 week for physical therapy after a long hospital stay. The entire medical team and staff were very caring, supportive, and attentive. The residents and staff felt more like family. We brought mom back home early due to her rapidly advancing late-stage of dementia. The early discharge from Pineview had nothing to do with the quality of treatment mom was receiving. I would absolutely recommend FutureCare Pineview if a need arises for inpatient care in the future.

I visited this facility for the second time 4 days ago to visit an elderly woman from my church. I was treated kindly and respectfully (important for us seniors) from the time I entered the facility. I was informed that day that a mask was required and was given one by the receptionist. I cannot comment on the food quality, though I think the patient would have spoken to her son about it, if she had a complaint. I wouldn't take a dying squirrel found on the side of the road to be cared for at this place. My mother was a resident at this location and required specialized care so facility options were limited. Upon the initial tour, I was pleased. The facility appeared to be clean, front staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the care my mother received. Rooms are average, staff let's patients sit in thier own feces and urine continually . If your there for PT , ha ha!! Thats a joke in its self.
