CriticalThe rooms are not conducive to healing. The tv's are suspended from the ceiling so the residents can not hear their tv and the romotes are tricky. The quality of food is appalling. I thought my brother was exaggerating about the food until I personally saw it. The safe seemed indifferent to my brother pain and requests. My brother is not one ask for help unless he absolutely needs it.

CriticalMy mother is in the Garden Care Center. They're completely understaffed. I got COVID there. I had gone from my house to see my mother up there, and they were coming down with COVID three weeks ago. So, they're constantly moving people in and out of the room. It's supposed to be a semi-private room and there are three people in it. They don't have any room to move around. It's ridiculous. The staff is rude, and they don't care. They don't care, and they should take that care name o…

CriticalI've been coming here every week for the last 4 or 5 weeks. Every time I come the downstairs staff person to check you in is very professional and makes sure you know what the policy is upon entry. This would be just about the only person I would see consistently. When I get to the 2nd floor there is usually 1 staff member and I can see they are working doing rounds but I don't feel that is an acceptable number of staff for the number of patients on the floor. There is never an administrator present when …

PositiveMy mother is in Garden Care Center. It's a small place, but it's a great place. It's rehab and skilled nursing facility. They're very good, and it's very clean. The people there are very nice and very helpful. They're always taking care of everything. I give them a lot of credit. It's not easy to be taking care of elderly people. Because of COVID, they're not having any gathering, but when they'll go to rehab, they'll try to play some games and stuff there. It'…

CriticalMy father-in-law is in Garden Care Center. It's nice. The place is old. I wouldn't say rundown, but it's not updated. Everyone was very nice. It just wasn't updated, that's all I could say. They should do updates of the surroundings. They have that screening for COVID. They heavily screen you before you go in, and you got to make sure that you have a COVID test. They take your temperature, and they ask you all those questions: "Have you been out of the country?" (and all the usual…

PositiveThe entire facility staff is always courteous and professional. This amazing team has worked a miracle for my brother. Our entire family is eternally grateful to all, individually and collectively.
