Garden Ridge Senior Living is my second choice. The turnoffs for me were that it has one of those small refrigerators with the icemaker on top, there's no microwave or dishwasher, and the washer and dryer are a community one in the hallway. The apartment size is nice. You can get a ground-level apartment. The woman let us tour her own place. She had a screened-in patio with a screen door. She had sitting chairs out there. Garden Ridge

The food at Garden Ridge is certainly above average, and the chef and kitchen manager make sure that those needing low/no sugar, low/no salt, gluten-free and other diets have alternatives to accommodate them. Desserts are made in house. The facility is clean. It has a large, beautiful, and colorful, courtyard, and an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Every thing has been positive. The dining experience has been hit or miss with most being hits. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The people are friendly. So far so good!

Garden Ridge has open space for its residents to walk around and is located within walking distance of many local amenities. They also provide numerous activities that engage all residents. Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
