This place is beautiful on the outside. It is very clean and kept clean on the inside. If you are a senior that needs no level of care, this place might be for you. Family beware, if you are looking for your loved one that needs care, I don't recommend at all. The communication is terrible. They called my daughter looking for my sister's phone number because they were sending my mom to the hospital. My daughter was the Medical Power of Attorney and should have been their first point of contact. They sent …

Our experience with Towers and Gardens of Venice

I know it's hard to find good help these days but I know they were short of help when my mom was there. She required I think more help then they could give her. But when they did help they were kind and courteous.

I visited this facility

I wasn't pleased with Gardens of Venice. They showed us two rooms, we picked out one, put a deposit down, and about three hours later, I got a phone call that said it wasn't available. I did not go back. We requested that they mail the deposit back, and we just kind of dropped them completely. The facility was nice. They had a path for people to walk around. They had benches, and that was nice. The grounds were pretty open and bright. I didn't have any problems with the grounds or the building, but I…

I am/was a resident of this facility

Gardens of Venice is very beautiful. It's outstanding, and the people are super nice. I have no problems here. I'm in a studio apartment with a walk-in bathroom and shower. The dining area is real nice, and the food's good. They have a salon, books, and libraries. It's very clean, and the managers are great. It's worth the price.

I visited this facility

We toured Gardens of Venice, and it was a close second. In some ways, I liked it a little better than the other one -- the room size, for example. The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful, they gave us a great tour, they answered all of our questions, and they took us all around. We had a meal there, and I thought the food was very good. I didn't really see their activities, but they had an activities director, and they had daily things scheduled. They had a really nice courtyard, and it was a l…

Facility is outdated. Old outdated wallpaper and carpets in rooms. Residents who need to be in memory care facilities are residents here without proper care available. Food is terrible, very seldom hot in the main dining room. Too much ethnic food for a generation that grew up eating comfort food, ex. Meatloaf, pot roast, baked chicken and casseroles, not food they don’t recognize! More importantly the sales pitch you are given to get you to enter the facility. Inconsistency, outright lies, poor communication with …
