PositiveThey're a good outfit.
They're a good outfit. They have good maintenence. They're decent people. It's independent living here, they have a meeting place where everyone gets together. It had cheaper price for a pretty good size place with a garage, Everybody goes outside to smoke and the neighbors are good. They take care of shoveling all the snow and that sort of thing , and each apartment has a little patio out the backdoor. The rent includes all the utilities, everything but phone and cable.
