PositiveWe had out my mom in park manor and really did not feel she was getting the level of attention she needed. I saw the Joan Lynden ad on TV. I decided to call. The pfm rep was understanding and helpful. She let us know of options we didn't even know existed. Our experience with genesis has been wonderful. Mom is happy and doing better than she has in a long time. Thanks so much place for mom!
