They were very attentive to needs, very responsive to any concerns we had, kept us informed of any concerns. Heidi the house manger was always available to reach by text. If she was off she would let you and follow up the next day. She addressed any concerns with the family and nurses. They provided a feeling of one on one care while being in a group home.

The bad and worst senior facility ever. The manager [name removed] is the worst caregiver, I don’t know why the owner allow her to be a manager and control the facility, she knows nothing and so mean to seniors and bad attitude ever. I hope the owner realizes this.
