CriticalMy mom was there last year for rehab after getting out of the hospital, and it was not a good experience. There are a few of the people who actually seemed to really care, but there were more that didnt. The first night there we pushed the call button and waited 40 min for a response, I finally had to go to the nurses station to talk to someone. She had to leave 3 days a week about noon for Dialysis while she was there and those days the rehab people wouldnt even bother working with her before time for her to leave…

PositiveSo far we've been very pleased with how things are going at Gold Country. We moved my loved one here after her care needs exceeded what her previous community was able to provide, and so far Gold Country has been able to provide for everything she needs. It is a large community, and they are very well staffed. I really appreciate how much communication the facility has with families, they have regular family meetings which include the nursing staff and attendents.
