PositiveMy mom moved into Golden Shield Ark Assisted Living Facility. She's sharing a room. It's very clean. The owner is a little aggressive. I've had to tell her not to talk to me in a certain way. They have a TV, and that's all I know they do.

PositiveI like that Golden Shield Ark Assisted Living Facility is small and family-owned and it's close to my grandfather. I don't know if there's anything that I like the least. The staff was very knowledgeable. I believe two of them are RNs, and I forgot what the certification is for the other aide. It was very clean. It's a small homelike atmosphere. It's very similar to my grandmother's house, so it was great. The dining area was fine. The size of the room was great and the layout was nice…
