CriticalWe picked Golden Years Castle Group Home for my parents because when we visited the facility during our search it was clean and seemed like a very nice place. Unfortunately the management is very insensitive and unscrupulous. Shortly before my parents left the facility, my Mother ended up with bruises and then they refused to refund my deposit for my Step Father. I do not recommend placing a loved one in their care.

PositiveI visited the facility quite often for the three months that my friend was there. Most of the time the nurses there were with a happy face helping the patients, when I asked information about the well being of my friend the staff was always ready to answer all of my questions. The facility was nice and clean and the way it was decorated was excellent I think. There were pictures everywhere of the patients when they were younger and also I was involved once in one of they're activities which included music and …
