They only had 1 staff who worked 24 hrs a day, no time off for anything even holidays. They supplied no activities what so ever nor food. You have to supply your own even though they advertise it

I'm still trying to figure it out. My mother was placed the end of July. Since that time she lays in bed on the daily and it's rare for anyone to help her walk after I was told that would be a priority. Most of her meals are supplied by me or her friend. I thought all meals were supposed to be supplied plus snacks, I have them shipped there too. I haven't heard of any game time, karaoke, activities or anything for the tenants there.
