CriticalThe staff is great, [name removed] and [name removed] are kind and friendly and supportive. The biggest issue or problem is that I didn't realize how old the patients were so that has been detrimental to my mom's mental health. I wish I had been advised to consider that before moving her in. Most of the patients are non verbal or incapable of communicating with my mom. She is social and likes people. The room is fine, it wasn't cleaned before we moved in so I had to clean the toilet and sink and floors. But overall…

PositiveWe're so grateful that we found Grace Elderly care home for our son, Lachlin. He has been there for a couple of months now, and we could not be happier with the care he's receiving. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that Grace was different. The home is absolutely immaculate -very clean, freshly painted, bright and beautifully maintained. The furniture is comfortable and welcoming, and the entire home has a warm, home-like feeling. It truly feels like visiting Grandma's house. The staff are exceptional. They …

PositiveImmaculate home, white painted walls, lots of lighting. Comfortable furniture. Feels like going home to Granny's house. Staff are warm, professional, and have all been employed there for many years. All meals are freshly cooked. Yesterday it was white fish at dinner. I've seen homemade soups, potatoes with steak, lentils at lunch. They have a refrigerator full of fresh produce and fruit. The cook is busy all day. Residents receive 3 meals and 2 snacks. They're great at making our picky son something different.…

CriticalIt's a great place if the occupant is able to get up and move around. Our family member was bedridden and we had issues with her being cared for in her condition. The people were great and it was always very clean. They just weren't able to care for a totally bedridden person. They took our loved one during the aftermath of Beryl and I believe they did their best under the circumstances. Very grateful for their help during that time.

PositiveCaring and patient nurses, with very intelligent and helpful management. They took tremendous care of my father.

PositiveI felt that the ladies truly cared. We chose this facility because they were pretty much all-inclusive for the price.
