PositiveThe community is very clean on the inside and outside. The nurses are always accessible, and answer all types of our questions and concerns we may have. She makes sure everything and everyone there is taken care of, she is just exceptional.

CriticalOur tour of this care home was a pretty good one. The home looked nice, and appeared to be well-kept. The staff we met was kind. There was many factors that played into where to move my in laws to for their needs. Our tour went well of this care home, but it wasn't the one for us.

This is a small community and does not offer activities to the residents. We like the food, but there could be small improvements. We do recommend this community for other families.

PositiveThe staff at the community Grace Memory Care II were extremely friendly. It is a smaller community and the residents were all very pleasant. The home was very welcoming and clean throughout. It is very well kept and felt very comfortable. We wanted a larger community for our loved one to be able to have more people to talk to and get to know.

Loved the back yard and planned activities. Menu visible on the refrigerator door. The director explained the disaster plan which I appreciated.
