We are so disappointed in this facility. We were facing a move for our Step mother, she has Alzheimers. She was declining and needed memory care. We checked out this facility, thought it was exactly what she needed. We moved her in, she fell alot, she had gone to the hospital to be checked four times. Luckily she had a sprain ankle, and bruises. She has gone through many stages with this disease. We get a call from Grand Haven, that they are kicking her out, that she is too much work for them.
