Grand Oaks is definitely a 5. The 'intake'/[Name Removed] is incredibly helpful and was very responsive to our calls and questions when we were deciding where to place Mom. Even after Mom was in the facility, Ashley continued to answer all of our questions. The management staff (medical, operations, front desk) make time to address any concerns we have. Grand Oaks Memory Care has significant issues with basic hygiene, cleanliness, and resident care. Despite repeated concerns raised to management, there appeared to be a lack of accountability and consistent improvement. Overall, the facility falls short in providing the safe, attentive, and hygienic care expected in a memory care environment.

I can say a lot of positive things about Grand Oaks - Jensen Beach. I loved that the nursing staff seemed to know every single patient by name. And they explained to us that they would get to know them, know all their needs, all their likes, and all their dislikes. It's a smaller facility so they can keep track of everybody in that way. Home away from home

Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach has a feel of home away from home for their Residents. Staff knows the residents needs and wishes. Having a nurse on staff 24 hours a day is very reassuring and comforting. The facility is smaller than any others around thus giving personalized care and treatment is always the top priority for Grand Oaks Jensen Beach! We love it there.

We had a great tour of the facility. The team answered all of our questions we had during our tour, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch. It is clear that the team at Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach does a great job caring for their residents. They have a very active monthly calendar, show compassion towards their residents, and do a great job making sure the community feels like a home.

I saw Grand Oaks -Jensen Beach. It's a very nice place. I would have loved to stay there, but it was too expensive. It's big. I was very impressed when I first walked in. It was clean. The dining room was excellent. The activities room was good. They had people there playing cards. They showed me all around. They even had a little theater there. The staff members were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They took me around and showed me the rooms. If I was rich, I would be there.
