We looked at 5 facilities in the Clearwater area. Grand Villa stood out from the rest. It wasn’t the cheapest. But the care, and the turn over from the employees, wasn’t even close. Everybody loved their job. And most have been there for a while. Among other things.

Apartment size is perfect and good value. Overall Staff is great. Regular turnover noticed in wait staff but they are usually pretty friendly. Food is ok, could be a little better. My dad is not into the offered activities so maybe more could be added. All areas are kept clean. The staff really try to get to know the people who live there, what they like and recognize their habits. We would recommend this community to others

I recently moved my father to Grand Villa of Clearwater. He is thriving there. He really likes the food. But as his daughter and caregiver, what I appreciate most is how caring and personal everyone at the facility is. It's not at all cold and clinical, and you can tell that the residents are happy and content. The staff is very responsive, and I was able to get answers to my questions quickly, at all times of the day. Overall I am very pleased with the establishment and the staff. My mom has a studio but it's very spacious with a separate kitchen with full size fridge, bathroom with handicap shower and a small balcony. The amenities they offer are excellent. The dining room is very very nice. The only complaint that I have is the housekeeping staff keeps losing her laundry.
