★★★★★
PositiveEverything is great except for the lack of security. They have no cameras. Anyone can walk in. Safety should be number one in an assisting living!!
★★★★★
PositiveDefinitely one of the better places we looked at. Good staff that show they care. They community was clean. We were invited to lunch, the food was very good.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was wonderful and shared lots of knowledge. All residents we encountered had smiles and seemed happy. They freely told us what they liked about living there.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff have all been personable and helpful. Very clean!, food menu is good but plan on long serving times, activities seem plentiful. Medicine management has been problematic. Took several weeks to get predictable and reliable. The real message for any new resident is the family needs to stay engaged and attentive to the services.
★★★★★
PositiveThe whole experience was awesome from the minute I choose Grand Villas for my mom, their team of people were wonderful and helped me navigate the whole process. The nurses are awesome with my mom and she us very happy. The physical therapist who is working with her has her working on walking with a walker and doing well. She loves the activities and has made friends and doesn't have the feeling of loneliness anymore.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured for my dad. I was happy with the community- the cleanliness, the apartment size, the many activities especially outings. The residents were friendly and talked freely about liking where they live and the liking the staff. When we need to move my dad for more assistance, we will move him to Grand Villa of Port Charlotte.
