They did a lot of surface cleaning but when my aunt received a rash they were quick to blame her. Once deep cleaning completed, rash cleared up. Two staff works that were friendly, owner had attitude when visiting and would ignore residents. Always felt they were pushing out my aunt for residents requiring less care. Food was ok; but always had to remind staff to prompt my aunt to have water, she needed the prompting). When she was admitted to SNF, doctors reported this agency to ombudsman. Never received follow up…
