The overall experience has been wonderful. [name removed] is super kind and incredibly helpful. The whole staff has worked together to really help [name removed] acclimate. The room is clean and the whole complex is very nice, but they seem to have quite a bit of construction and remodeling being done at the moment.

I met with Chanel Sanchez and I was impressed by her compassion. I was trying to save my brother from a terrible situation. Every encounter I've had, either with Lucy the receptionist to Valerie (I'm not sure of her official position) Emma, Johanna and Dominic (in the dining room) all have been kind and seem caring which is wonderful to see. They call my brother by name, and I really appreciate that they know him. I would definitely recommend Brookdale
