No Way!

We called this place several times when we were searching for a place, the phone rang for a long time, left several messages which were never returned. One day the lady from SCDHHS called from our house, told them who she was and was left on hold forever! No one ever responded to any of our requests! Since this place is located fairly close to my house, I ride by there on a regular basis. Ofter there are people, don't remember seeing any females, just sitting on the porches. Critical

Care not adequate due to living conditions

Upon visiting one of the homes @ this location, I was not impressed. Lack of air conditioning which has not been adequately repaired in a month's time and problem with floor. Clients have been moved to other houses and cereal with spoiled milk was served for breakfast one morning that I am aware of. This is not @ all a family atmosphere where the clients living needs are being met.

Please DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IN Gregory's Community Care!!!! My Mother was sent there by the hospital, and it is a horribly abusive place!!! I saw it first hand. I actually had to "kidnap" my mom to get her out of there. When the other residents realized that my friend and I were quickly packing my mom's things, they begged me to take them as well...BEGGED ME! I am a friend or relative of resident

Gregory's Community Care has such nice facilities. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and such of the facilities. Mrs. Gregory is such a kind person. The people are well taken care of there I know. It's always a shame when people say harsh things about other people, especially those who try to help so many people. My hats off to the staff and owners of these facilities.

My brother was suppose to be transferred from Glorified Health on Texas Ave. in Greenville to Gregory's. I NEVER rec'ved a call from EITHER facility as to whether he had been transferred. I DID however, receive a call last night from my brother that he had walked away from the Gregory's facility. I HAVE OT heard a word nor can I get in touch with ANYONE at Gregory's or Glorified. I had my mother her and it was like she was in a Prison Camp. The food that my mother ate was basically COLD sandwiches for lunch and supper 3 to 4 days a week. They sit in that room all day down in what the warden calls the "club house" and do nothing but watch television. They are LOCKED out of their houses ALL day and not allowed to lay down because "it does not fit in their program" is what the warden Mrs. Gregory says.
