PositiveThe Grove does not provide assistant living facilities but it is a great place to live if you enjoy socializing with neighbors that are over 55. Having a golf cart to ride around the community to attend organized activities or to visit with neighbors. About 50% of the residents are snowbirds that enjoy traveling.

CriticalWe bought a 7 year old unit from the owner and lived in the grove for 4 years. We pretty much redid the inside, paint, flooring, counters, etc and added a deck and porch. Pros: The amenities are great, a pool, clubhouse, exercise center, pickle ball, etc.. We loved the community as a whole, great friendships made and many of us, the residents, planned events, entertainment, holiday meals, etc. It is a community that can keep you busy!
