They need to be more conscious about the people they hire.

When I first got there , I had to go down there and take care of him because they did not have care situated in the beginning. Also the care for him being groomed was not being taken care of until about a month into him being there. They were able to work with him to get him being better about his care. We are looking for somewhere else for him to go at this time that has a full nursing care team and this community does not have it. My mother is in Guardian Angel Homes for a couple of months. It's very nice. They've done an excellent job for us; they've been very helpful. They call or e-mail quite often to keep us updated. She seems to enjoy it. We have never been able to go in there, just because of the Covid rules at this point. She seems to be very comfortable in it. They seem to have activities in the afternoon, and couple times they've taken a few people out for like a little drive. So, seems to be good. I think that t…

I'm happy we picked this facility

I ended up picking this facility for my Mother because when I toured all of the residents looked happy and the staff was engaged. That says a lot about the community and I was impressed. Every time I’m at the facility the caregivers have been attentive to my mom and care about her needs. This has been a good experience and I’m happy we made this choice. Everything is comfortable and feels like home

My mom is here currently and she looks good and doesn’t look tired at all. Since being here, she’s actually gained weight which is a good thing. It’s been a process and we’ve had our moments but we’re working through it. When you walk in to the facility, you look like you’re walking into a large home. Everything is comfortable and feels like home. The kitchen area looks like a normal kitchen you’d find in a home, just a lot bigger. The dining area and the living area are the same exact way. I used the Guardian Angel Homes for a respite visit. I was happy with them when my mom was there. The staff all seemed to like her. I would them again in the future.
